Welcome to our home, situated in beautiful park like grounds in the country. Our lifestyle block is on the outskirts of Invercargill 7.5kms to the south of us.
Mark runs a panel beating, plastic welding and fibreglass company on site where repairs can be made while you are with us.
Liane is also a harakeke (flax) weaver and available to give tuition if you would like to learn how to make a small basket or flower.
There are very friendly dogs, cats, ducks, chickens and organic gardens with plenty of fresh herbs for picking
Unlimited wifi is available at the house and there is a small charge for showers and the use of the 10kg washing machine or dryer. You are welcome to use the kitchen in the house or the BBQ which has a gas hob. Caravan/camper van power plug available for those that want to plug into power and there is also a water tap close by.
There is a large flat gravel yard to park on, or large sheltered lawn area if you prefer to camp under the trees in your tent. Wake to the sound of birdsong including native tuis and bellbirds. Fantails can also be seen.Our property is very safe and private.
Great stopover if you are heading east to the Caitlins, west to Te Anau/Milford, north to Queenstown or south to Bluff. There is a Country Club within 2mins drive and a liquor store with bistro within 4 mins drive. The nearest supermarket is 7 mins away.
