“Hi, welcome to our quiet, spacious piece of the Wairarapa countryside. ”
You are very welcome to camp or park on our spacious 2 hectare property which is surrounded by sheep and beef farms, just 5 minutes from the quaint village of Greytown.
Greytown Is a popular Wellington weekend destination with excellent cafes, restaurants and boutiques.
Fifteen minutes drive will take you to the Martinborough wine region and in thirty minutes you can be at the rugged south coast which has seal colonies, great fishing and surfing.
We can help you to hire cycles in Greytown or Martinborough so you can explore the region close up.
We look up to the 1,500 metre Tararua mountains which are crisscrossed by hundreds of kilometres of walking tracks which range from easy day walks to very challenging alpine climbs.
Lake Wairarapa, the North Island’s second biggest lake, is only a short drive away and only an hour north, is Pukaha Mount Bruce, an internationally renowned bird sanctuary.
We are animal lovers – we breed golden retrievers and we graze Scottish Highland cattle. Talk to us about bringing your pet/s with you when you stay with us.
